I interviewed 3 different realtors when I had to sell my deceased parents' home. I live 3000 miles away so I was concerned with finding someone who I felt I would be able to trust and have a good long-distance relationship with. Cory was beyond terrific. Professional, responsible, supportive, an excellent listener and he handled every single aspect with ease and confidence. His immediate availability and great communication made my long-distance involvement so much more comfortable. In the stressful months of Covid-19, selling one's real estate was not a prime time but Cory wasn't discouraged and his patience and positivity allowed us to find the perfect buyers. Cory is wonderful.

Cory went above and beyond and helped me all the way through the process. He was always there for my questions and concerns. I never had to contact him more than once for anything It was a pleasure working with him.

He gave us unbiased opinions on the houses we were considering to purchase and cited the pros and cons of each. In our absence from The Villages, Cory gladly took over the many arrangements needed to put the house in order after the closing date. Thankful we found Cory!! We met him at an open house and immediately were impressed with his knowledge and positive attitude. That particular house wasn't going to work for us but he listened to our wants and took us to see several homes. After we found the perfect place, he guided us through the process and we just moved into our new home in the Villages! Can't recommend Cory enough!

Cory was very patient with helping us find the right home. The first home we contracted on had multiple offers, and he was right on top of helping us sweeten the offer. Unfortunately, our offer was not accepted due to the contingency. The next house was contracted sight unseen, but when touring home and neighborhood, informed him it was not going to work. The third home had just had a cancellation, and Cory took us to see it the next day. We made an offer, which was accepted, and we are finally living in our dream home!

Cory helped us purchase a home in Florida while we were living in Minnesota. He represented us well by previewing the property and coordinating and attending several inspections for us. He cheerfully saw the process through to a successful completion. We especially appreciate that Cory did a final walkthrough for us and represented us at the closing.
